Drinking Chicken Eggs

Pepper Jam by Maché

i Ingredients: 1kg
500g fresh peppers or roasted peppers (I used red peppers), 450g of sugar

lemon juice

preparation:
peppers are roasted (in oven or frying pan as you like best), once roasted, and when cool, remove them skin.
are placed on the glass of the chopper and chop until pieces are not overweight.

put in a pot of peppers and their juices, sugar and lemon juice, cook over medium heat until the sugar is caramelized and the jam is off the walls. (I had it on medium heat, 25min) .

NOTE: monitor that will not stick, to be the roasted peppers will soon be done.

* once we have made jam, put it in sterilized jars, close them and put it upside down for 12 hours to make empty.
well be kept for months.
