I like books that talk about it I have three that have caused me a better impression. 1 .-
Food miraculous medicine, Jean Carper editorial Amat, what to eat and what not to eat to prevent and cure over 100 enfermedadeses, a book written for non-professional people issue, that is for all of us, understandable language. to take some things on this blog.
2 .- The feeding the third medicine, Jean Seignalet. This is a book unlike more technical, so its language and format, is aimed at experts, or technical, and is a bit more dry reading, but contains some very interesting lessons. 3 º Frutoterapia
Nutrition and Health, Albert Ronald Morales, these are a collection, and all are very interesting.
A This Sr, I heard him on TV one day, a commentary on this, and there I found out about the strawberries, which incidentally I have not found in any of his books, but from what I have put into practice efectivisimo result.
