An egg
A bit of ham.
I put in a pan the mushrooms with a dash of oil, when it was hechitas I've laid an egg in the middle, it Careful not to break the yolk and too lazy to fire will not burn,
Little by little it is the egg.
At the plate and put the minced ham on it, the mushrooms with the egg. I do not like ham much wipe the pan, because for my taste it gets too salty.
This is very rich.
